I ’m Ben Koditschek, a 22 year old designer based in Chicago, IL in the USA. I deliver artful brand communications across print, web, and social media for unique individuals and organizations engaged in aesthetic or scholarly pursuits in fields such as the fine-arts, humanities and sciences. A Breif Biography

Regarding Ben's Illustrious Past
  • 1988 – Born in New Haven, CT.
  • 1993 – Family moves to Ann Arbor, MI.
  • 1995 – Awarded a grant of $100.00 to run and teach a week long sculpture class in parents garage for fist graders and kindergartners, and is interviewed in the Ann Arbor News.
  • 2004 – Attends early college program for painting at SAIC, Family Moves to Philadelphia PA. Begins junior year at a Quaker prep school.
  • 2005 – Attends early college program for graphic design at SAIC, and has work selected to be featured on the program’s promotional website.
  • 2006 – Graduates from high school and moves to Chicago to study art and design at SAIC, thinking art school will be just like summer camp, but it turns out to be a lot more work.
  • 2007 – Artwork is selected for ArtBash2007 at SAIC.
  • 2008 – Works as an intern at Level 2 Marketing Group, and designs visual identity for Art on Track2008.
  • 2009 – Works as an intern at 50,000feet, begins freelance collaboration with Fashion designer Katrin Schnabl, and designs identity and website AoT2009.
  • 2010 – Delivers undergraduate thesis paper, exhibits the design performance and installation “ProductServieExperianceLifestyle” at SAIC’s Annual BFA Show, exhibits design work at the Visual Communication Design Deptartment’s annual Design Show, graduates from SAIC, and designs Identity for AoT2010.
  • 2011 – Currently works as a contract designer at Sarma Creative, while continuing to develop his freelance design practice.
